Study on Project Process Management Based on Lean Construction

摘要

Process is the core of lean thinking, also the first step of implementing Lean Construction. This paper puts forward the concept of process and process management. Then it analyzes the characteristics of construction project process, and establishes the process system based on the theory of Lean Construction. Finally it elaborates the five-step model of process management, which is to identify process, analyze process, implement process, evaluate process and improve process.
