As the establishment and gradually improvement of individual professional qualification system of China construction industry, the licensing system of the individual professional qualification is more and more important. It is very necessary to establish a credit information platform of individual professional qualification. On the basis of analyzing the status quo and problems of China construction industry individual professional qualification licensing system, an information platform, which includes the credit information of all types of registered personnel (registered architect, registered supervision engineer, registered cost engineer, registered constructor, etc.), with the involvement of government departments in charge at all levels, relevant enterprises, various types of qualified participants, is designed. And the building program and operation mode of Credit Information Platform of Individual Professional Qualification in China Construction Industry, combining the administrating system and the characteristics of market supervising in construction industry of China, is proposed.
