Problems with the Chinese International Petroleum Project Bidding Practice

摘要

International petroleum projects have their own characteristics, such as: prequalification of prospective bidders, competitive bid documents, specification and so on. In the view of some problems with the Chinese international petroleum project bidding practice, this paper gives some advice as follows: to do a good job in the pre-qualification, to study the tender documents carefully, to establish the technology system of bidding price, to strengthen information cooperation between enterprises, to speed up building advisory bodies and software development, and to strengthen the reliability of bidding risk identification.
