Management for emergent properties in the research and developmentprocess

This paper describes the trend of research and developmentmanagement and examines “the emergent properties in the researchand development process”. On the basis of examination, the authorproposes a “new emergent model” as a research anddevelopment model for the age of reformation. Further, the authorproposes the environmental conditions required for this new emergentmodel and describes the management methods of “the emergentprocess” which play a key role for this model
