Monitoring and transmission system of the health data of chronicpatient at home-site

A health data monitoring and transmitting system for chronicpatient at their home-site was presented. It consists of physiologicalmeasurement, patient monitoring and emergency communication and along-distance transmitting system. It can solve not only several mainproblems of chronic patient care at the home-site, but also reduce themedical expense and lessen the doctor's burden to a great extent
