摘要

The aim of this study was to use the spectrophotometry method to develop a diagnostic algorithm for blood studies and thecontent of douglas deepening in women with ovarian tumors. A comparative analysis of the blood of healthy women andpatients with ovarian cancer revealed significantly greater optical anisotropy of the latter. Qualitative studies of polarizationmicroscopic blood images revealed a very developed microcrystalline structure. Based on the study of blood and puncture anddouglas deepening of healthy women and patients with benign and malignant tumors of the ovaries, using the method of laserpolarimetry, experimentally developed and clinically tested photometric and polarization criteria indicating the presence ofmalignancy of the tumor.
