Condensed liquid would accumulate in the subsea gas pipeline during the long-term operation. Jetting Pig is a common method to remove the condensed liquid from the gas pipeline. A jetting Pig of multiple injection structure with a combination of main venturi nozzle and side nozzle was proposed to improve the performance of condensed liquid removal. Jetting flow at different jet angles and side nozzle of different diameters was investigated. Based on simulation results, the multiple injection structure is more effective for condensed liquid removal compared to the structure with single nozzle. The jet angle and diameter of side nozzle are the critical parameter of the multiple injection structure.
