This paper reports on the construction management method to estimate the allowable vertical bearing capacity of the bored pile. The bearing capacity of the bored pile can be checked by carrying out the loading test. A method for confirming the bearing capacity of the bored pile without carrying out the loading test has not been established yet. However, the loading test is not common, as it requires significant cost and time.Therefore, management of pile construction was carried out while comparing and analyzing electrical current value, integrated electrical current value and drilling speed during pile excavation. In each layer, the layer thickness, and the support layer at the tip of the pile were confirmed with the above comparison and analysis.Next, the bearing capacity of the pile tip and the skin friction capacity of the pile were calculated using the individual layer thicknesses confirmed during pile excavation and the N value of the ground survey, then the allowable vertical bearing capacity of the pile was obtained by summing them.Finally, it was confirmed by loading test whether the calculated pile bearing capacity was attained.
