In many developing countries, there is both a tremendous demandfor the provision of communication services and a lack of infrastructurewhich may be used to connect the potential users to the network.Developing the infrastructure is extremely expensive and time consuming.The wireless local loop system is a natural solution since it providesthe infrastructure in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost.Many of the wireless systems on the market today are based on the TDMAconcept.
