This paper focuses on the preliminary approach to reconfigure services in 3rd generation mobile networks. Several-data processing models are explored to treat dynamic reconfiguration and the approach which concern architecture description languages (ADLs) like Darwin, OLAN, CONIC and Polylith are analyzed such that it may be used to create, validate and update applications etc. Then the paper also deals with network architecture modeling, where the process of adaptation or reconfiguration of platforms can be automated by modeling radio networks and extracting metrics to detect when reconfiguration is required and also to find better configurations. The network stores some reconfiguration algorithm for specific scenarios and finds better way to answer the customer's expectations.
