The relation between testing waveform and energy density on ZnOvaristor

The relation between energy density and testing waveform on a ZnOvaristor is explored through energy experiments with voltage pulses ofvarious durations. It is concluded that a high-energy ZnO varistor meansthat a single ZnO disk has a large energy-handling capacity but not alarge energy density
