摘要

In this paper, the modeling of the distribution of heat during laser exposure in the layered structures of the fundus is presented. It will allow us to study the thermal fields arising in the retina and epithelial layer and to achieve the best parameters providing the maximal therapeutic effect. Modeling the temperature distribution in hard-to-reach tissues is a relevant problem. The modeling results were obtained using numerical methods. The finite difference method and explicit difference schemes were used.
