A TVM Based Wideband Phase Measurement System by Multiusing One Thermal Voltage Converter

This paper describes that the previous version of the phase measurement system based on the three-voltmeter method (TVM) has been improved by a new method of multiusing a thermal voltage converter (TVC) to allow wideband phase measurements up to sub-MHz range. With the proposed method, switching a differential mode and reversible single-ended modes of the TVC enables the phase measurement system to have additional preliminary calibrations of the voltmeters.
