Measurement of Arbitrary Waveforms at Low Frequencies

This paper describes the sampling system based on 28-bit ADC and the procedures for obtaining traceable arbitrary waveform measurements using the system. Coherent and noncoherent measurements are obtained by applying single tone and multi tone waveforms by the DAC working on Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) Technique. The amplitudes of the tones are evaluated using different methods and the results showing excellent agreement are presented.
