摘要

In this paper, factors affecting harmonic measurement accuracy were analyzed, which is based on AC quantum voltage. Two factors, the non-integer period sampling and the number of steps, that influence the harmonic measurement are identified. The sensitivity of each influential factor is verified by experiments. In our system the sampling complement is under 0.005 and the non-integer periodic error is less than 10-7. The number of steps should be more than two times of the highest harmonics contained in the signal in order to avoid signal aliasing.
