This paper provides an extensive overview of modelling. The simulation model being proposed is an OPEN-SIMULATOR for digital circuit based virtual experiments. A requirement of a number of hardware parts in real life occurs when it comes to installing an electrical circuit for testing and this phase is not economic in most cases. Visualizing a circuit, finding errors and then rectifying them or looking for a workaround explicitly for R&D purposes is not very feasible. Our proposed simulation and modeling method is the solution to this technical fragility. It also made use of examples at every step of the development process to illustrate the application of the methodology. This paper reflects on why the simulated system is secure and cost-free for the same physical system that threatens to break down.
