Application of artificial intelligence and Zen space in modern landscape design and topology optimization is studied in this manuscript. With the rapid development of the big data technology, simple machine logic has not been able to meet people's requirements for the intelligence of various electronic devices, so artificial intelligence has emerged at the historic moment. Hence, inspired by the emerging development of AI technologies, two novelties are proposed. (1) The new visual phenomenon in the context of the Internet, and cross-border and multidimensional interactions marked by visual image are analyzed with the core perspective of data mining; (2) After correction, the same metric information exists between the projection surface and the corresponding scene surface, tested on the 3D scenario. The experimental results have proven the effectiveness.
