Aiming at the distribution of sine windings of induction motors, this article takes a 55kW induction motor as the research object, recalculates winding turns based on the basic theory of sine windings, uses finite element simulation tools to simulate the operating parameters of the motors, and makes prototypes for testing. By analyzing the simulation data, it can be obtained that the proportion of the fundamental wave component of the air gap magnetic potential of the induction motor under the sine winding distribution increases, and the harmonic loss is reduced. The test data of the prototype test can support the finite element analysis results.
