In view of the double motor synchronization error problem in the work process of the hydraulic lifting system of large cranes, in order to ensure the safety of the operation, the double motor synchronization control strategy is studied. Firstly, the dynamic characteristics of the lifting system are analyzed to determine the control parameter indexes. Then the update strategy of the particle swarm algorithm is improved to obtain an upgraded particle swarm algorithm, and the parameters of the fuzzy PID controller are optimized by this algorithm. Finally, in order to improve the synchronization control accuracy, the simulation and experimental study of the dual-motor synchronization control effect based on the cross-coupled control mode is carried out. The results show that the proposed improved particle swarm fuzzy PID control strategy can effectively control the dual-motor synchronization accuracy with strong anti-interference ability, which is of certain practical application significance.
