摘要

Compared with traditional hydraulic actuators, electromechanical actuators have better servo performance and reliability, and it will be more popular in the future. In order to design the electromechanical actuator based on vector control of PMSM, this paper establishes the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) at the beginning, which is based on the analysis of the research background and significance of electromechanical actuator(EMA)servo system. Modeled with vector control, this paper uses fuzzy PID to solve the problem of nonlinear model, and uses MATLAB to simulate the system. After the simulation, the EMA servo control system is tested on the hydraulic load electric test platform, and through the performance of servo control system, we can ensure the stability of the system.
