摘要

Based on order information, process programming and production capacity constraints, a process routing optimization model for steelmaking-rolling production is established. In this model, we take into account the total amount of surplus materials, the total amount of cross logistics and the priority coefficient of the conversion of primary and secondary processes. A variable neighborhood simulated annealing algorithm is used to test the model and algorithm using actual data. The experimental results show that the model and algorithm proposed in this paper can give better process routing schemes and provide decision support for planners.
