Wet Methane and Radio Control Systems for Gas Pipelines

When developing radio engineering control systems for gas pipelines filled with non-polar gas methane, it is necessary to take into account the effect of humidity on the relative permittivity of methane in decimeter and centimeter wavelength ranges. The calculation of the relative dielectric constant of methane as a function of relative humidity and its frequency dependence are presented.
