Power swing is a balanced phenomenon in three-phase power system, where accurate and fast parameter estimation of oscillation signal is important for the evaluation of power swing. This paper presents a method for parameter estimation of power system oscillation signal under power swing based on Clarke-DFT. In the proposed method, utilizing Clark transform on three-phase signals leverages the symmetrical characteristics of three-phase system. A complex exponential is formed with the quadrature components obtained by using the Clarke transform to three-phase signals. The DFT of the complex exponential is then performed, and parameters are estimated by using two DFT samples with largest magnitude. Performance of the proposed method is assessed by simulations.
