The article presents the structural diagrams of a hardware-software complex designed for operational monitoring and registration of rapidly changing neutron-physical and technological parameters of a nuclear power unit at the stages of commissioning a power unit. The hardware and software complex is based on the SCADA system. An intelligent experimental control system can be used at various types of power plants, including nuclear power units. Complex systems allow for the collection and registration of analog parameters with a frequency of up to 10 times in 1 sec. A proprietary software implementation has been developed, which gives unlimited opportunities to implement customer requirements for operator functionality and interface, as well as the ability to get away from tight binding to specific hardware components, a software base has been implemented for further processing and additions to new tasks without significant labor costs.
