Interpretation of Quality of Dynamic Modes of Asynchronous Transportation Electric Drives on Automated Painting Lines

This article discusses the influence of static and dynamic processes in frequency-controlled asynchronous electric drives (AED with FC) of a sheet processing line on product quality. AED with FC using has been the subject of a large number of works by domestic and foreign scientists. In these papers the static and dynamic characteristics of electric drives are investigated. This article discusses the methods of setting up electric drives, which would ensure minimal static and dynamic errors in rotational speed under external moment disturbances (arising from the capture of blanks by rolls), which, in turn, will provide the required quality of the final product - uniform coating of the blank with paint or varnish.
