摘要

Electrophoretic deposition (EPD) using polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-based organic-inorganic hybrid materials as binders can be used to prepare PDMS-based hybrid material/ceramic composites. The EPD composites have features in a high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, and exhibit a stress relaxation property. This paper described a developed technique to control the structure of the EPD composite in order to form the heat dissipating insulating coating. EPD composite with superhydrophobicity was also described.
