Flexible 3D Slabline and Stripline Microwave Delay Lines on Polymer Substrate

This paper demonstrates 3D slabline and stripline microwave delay lines on the flexible polymer substrate. The theory of operation and the construction of the delay lines are discussed. Group delay time deviation reasons are revealed. Experimental results for three microwave delay lines on the polypropylene and the polyvinyl chloride substrates are presented.
