This paper describes a method of generating the cyphertext for a combined cryptographic and LDPC encoding system. This combined system is used for the purpose of enhancing privacy. However, to create the cyphertext, 2 matrix inversions must occur and one of these matrices may sometimes be singular. In addition to this inversion issue, this combined system may use many more PRNG bits per message bit than the standard XORing system. Both issues are addressed here.
