Ultrafast Charge and Energy Transfer in a MoSe2/WSe2 Heterostructure

We examine ultrafast charge and energy transfer in a MoSe2/WSe2 heterostructure using multi-dimensional coherent spectroscopy. This technique identifies different transfer processes and indicates charge and energy transfer times below 200 fs and 900 fs, respectively.
