摘要

With the advent of modern communication technology, a device needs to be operated more than a communication standard to gratify the user requirements. This provides a path for the researcher to work more on antennas with multiband resonances. The major hindrance of multiband antennas is that the gain of the individual operating bands. In this paper presents, a design of multiband antenna and the performance is improved by a blend of three different layers called Reactive impedance surface, Frequency Selective Surface, and Defected Ground Structure. The proposed antenna resonates 3.2 GHz, 5.6 GHz, 6.5 GHz,7.2 GHz, 7.5 GHz, and 9.3 GHz with a better return loss and gain.
