摘要

This paper discusses stochastic load modeling for dynamic analysis of power systems. The proposed approach enables modeling loads with correlated active and reactive powers. In particular, the proposed model is able to accurately reproduce the statistical properties of both stochastic variations and jumps of loads. The case study shows that, the correlation between the active and reactive powers consumed by loads impacts the level of uncertainty and stability limits of the system.
