A Study of Healing Landscapes in Urban Parks Based on Questionnaires and SPSS Correlation Analysis : --Take Xiling Lake Park in Wu'an City, Hebei Province as an example

Based on attention recovery theory, the article investigates the association of healing landscape nodes with stress levels, crowd activity and place atmosphere in Xiling Lake Park in Wu'an City through a questionnaire and SPSS correlation analysis to assess the healing effects of different healing environments. The questionnaire is a systematic documentation of the survey content and data in the form of questions, and SPSS correlation analysis is an analysis of two or more elements of the variables that are correlated to measure the closeness of the correlation between the two variables. Analysis of the data revealed that the Lakeside Fitness Area and the Lakeside Pavilion had the best effect on the recovery of people from stress, etc. The final correlation analysis revealed a significant healing effect of physical and mental immersive natural landscape elements and behavioural interactive landscape elements on human stress. This contributes to the extension of attention recovery theory and the improvement of healing landscape design strategies in urban parks.
