In order to effectively solve the failure accident of anti-floating in the area rich in groundwater and avoid huge economic loss, the mechanical advantages and anti-floating stability of the under-reamed ground anchorage with capsule are studied. Under the same geological conditions, the basic experimental results of the anchor show that the bearing capacity of the under-reamed ground anchorage is higher than that of the ordinary ground anchorage, and the mechanical properties are stable. It is suitable for permanent anti-floating measures. The global stability checking model of the under-reamed ground anchorage with capsule can be calculated by assuming the shape of the rupture surface of the cuboid. The anti-floating bearing capacity of the single anchor is the sum of the weight of soils inside the fracture body and the frictional resistance supplied by cohesive force on the assumed fracture surface divided by the partial safety factor, which is 1.2 and 3.0 for full-length unbounded pressure-bearing under-reamed ground anchorage with capsule and 1.5 and 3.0 for partially bonded or fully bonded under-reamed ground anchorage with capsule.
