To Accelerate the Establishment of IT Practical Teaching Teams and the Environment in Colleges and Universities

As an important part in the computer technical teaching system, the IT practical teaching has paid close attention to the teaching links. It is the teachers’ concern how to train the students’ creativeness, operating skills, analyzing and solving abilities. This article puts forward the corresponding counter-measures beginning from the construction of the IT teaching practical team and the practical environment in the university. The implementation of the plan will push the practical teaching forward efficiently and lay a better foundation for the training of high-quality personnel.
