The instruction ability of science teacher has become the key to improve the quality of science education, which is a systematic, dynamic and organic integration capacity. In order to clarify the connotation and structure of science teachers' teaching ability, grounded theory approach is adopted and Nvivo 8.0 software is used to analyzes materials. As a qualitative analysis software, Nvivo can be used to analyze a larger number of different data. This study mainly used its powerful coding function to complete coding tasks of teachers' instruction ability materials. In the first place, for analyzing microscopic, Itdefinines basic characteristics, analyses underlying information, as well as establish initial categories,called open coding. Secondly, to carry on the induction, all free coding for axial coding, according to the category of ownership arrangement, make it as a coherent whole. In the end, coding index system was set up according to the indexing system and then randomly selected three materials coding to find out the deficiency of handbook and make itperfect. The results show that:The model of science teacher instruction ability was on the basis of the knowledge and skills, constructed with the ability of situation creating, questioning and commentting, inquiry teaching, cooperating and argumenting, evaluation and summary, applicating and migrating as the mainstay. It aims at realizing the scientific teaching goal, which is the implementation of scientific teaching content and in turn to achieve the integration of the science teaching. The Model abeys the system theory, teaching theory and the requirement of the students' learning theory and try to make cultivating the students' scientific thinking, scientific attitude and scientific literacy as the final goal.
