Influence and Response of China's Cross-Border E-Commerce Exports under PHEIC -Take COVID-19 as an Example

PHEIC, which appears more and more frequently, has had a significant impact on the world economy, especially the economy of the affected countries. For export-oriented countries, PHEIC also has an impact on the country's foreign trade development. This paper takes COVID-19 as an example to explain the impact of PHEIC on China's cross-border e-commerce exports, and proposes countermeasures from the government, cross-border e-commerce platform and enterprises.
