Research on Evaluation Method of Power Transformer Supplier's Comprehensive Ability

Power transformers have an important impact on the safe and stable operation of power grids, competition in the power transformer industry is fierce, there are significant differences in comprehensive capabilities between suppliers, objective and comprehensive evaluation of the comprehensive capabilities of transformer suppliers is of great significance for selecting excellent suppliers, ensuring the quality of the transformers purchased, and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This paper present a supplier's comprehensive ability evaluation method for power transformer suppliers. Based on historical big data analysis, determine evaluation indicators and weights through expert discussion, focusing on the objectivity, comprehensiveness and professionalism of evaluation indicators, the efficiency coefficient method is adopted to assign values to various indicators to more effectively distinguish the gap between enterprises. This method has been applied in 110kV transformers and achieved good results.
