Developed and experimentally studied a gas sensor prototype with an ionization type sensitive element based on carbon nanotubes. The current–voltage characteristics of the prototype in the presence of ammonia (4, 20 ppm) and argon (4, 20, 24 ppm) were obtained. shown the perspective of processing the obtained current-voltage characteristics of the prototype for determining various types of gases and their concentrations using the FFT method. A technique for analyzing the obtained spectra with the construction of a "gas map" was developed.
