Space charge accumulation characteristics in super engineering plastics, the polymer materials available at 150 ºC or more, were investigated under dc high stress at high temperature to apply them as insulating materials of power electric devices. Since the materials must show a good insulating properties under such severe condition, the space charge accumulation behavior, which is one of important factor to evaluate insulating performance, were observed.
