The paper presents the results of acousto-optic system with optoelectronic feedback operation examination. The effect of acousto-optic system self-oscillations frequency locking was first observed. The self-oscillations arise at feedback gain values higher than the self-excitation threshold. The frequency locking band dependences on the main parameters determining the functioning of the system were studied. It was shown that using the frequency locking effect, one can realize the adjustment of the spectral bandwidth of the device, as well as carry out time-domain demultiplexing
