The theoretical analysis of the linear mathematical model of the radio pulse gating system in the conditions of phase instability were carried out. An asymptotic estimate of the efficiency of the stroboscopic converter, depending on the magnitude of the phase noise, is constructed. The results of the semi-natural modeling of the influence of phase fluctuations on the envelope of the useful signal are presented. It's shown the phase noises lead to an additional parasitic amplitude modulation signal transformed in time.
