摘要

This paper takes advantage of AHP-PCA so as to make a primary selection, which contains the datas of water quality, sediment and biological index. To analyze the eco-environmental quality driving force weight of ecological potential risk index has been confirmed, the pollutants of heavy metals and petroleum hydrocarbon in sediment turns viewed as the principle potential ecological risk evaluated factors. In this case adopting the model of Hakanson index-method systemically as well as the splendid function of ArcGIS10.0, this paper evaluates these two kind of pollutants in potential ecological risk comprehensively in order to draw the conclusion. In the long term of preventing the ocean from being polluted, this paper throws out a suggestion that enforcing the regulation of the discharge of petroleum and heavy metal turns to be necessary in the Dalian Hulushan bay.
