In view of the existing technology under the background of tile detection technology is basically the cooled ceramic tile to send to each detection area by artificial or artificial machine were strict testing, resulting in automatic tile detection of low intensity, production processes, high labor intensity of workers, manufacturers in high cost, low detection efficiency, the problem of unstable system so, this paper proposes an accurate, efficient, real-time, automatic detection system of high temperature ceramic tile stable operation and convenient maintenance. The use of FPGA parallel data processing advantages, the combination algorithm of color data obtained high temperature tile and stored in a database for statistical analysis to the test data and the database for the calibration data of VS2015 by using software the development and application of platform to realize the man-machine interface. The ceramic tile production complex takes about 380 steps, and the system calibration data in the database by calling the High temperature of tile detection judgment, if the decision failed can directly eliminate the production line, not to continue the process of follow-up testing, greatly reducing the production and testing process of ceramic tile.
