摘要

The rapid development of technology has made new media technologies such as streaming media and networks widely used in distance education. However, due to the limited bandwidth resources, the current congestion control strategy based on TCP protocol is constantly improving and perfecting. Based on the analysis of the congestion control and TCP congestion mechanism principles, the current bandwidth resources are saved by adopting the frame loss strategy and the display policy, so as to alleviate the current network congestion. The test results show that this congestion control mechanism makes the interaction between the two sides more smooth.
