Rate of change of Technology is explosive, whilst the rate of change of education system is abysmally low. The outcome could be seen that the graduating students are not being employable and most of the CEO/HR's of renowned companies have said that the employable graduates is less than 20-40%. How the education should be revamped to overcome the tag of un-employability with in the rigid educational structure.The paper details out a case of engineering education affiliated to a technical University and evolved roadmap to bridge this gap through its operational structure with the tag line "Start with an idea and end up with a product".Basic changes envisaged were Mandatory funded Project Based learning to enhance creativity and end of the year these outcome of the projects should leading to pitching in project to product concept. To augment these learning, hands on experience to make students feel Engineering in day-to-day life establishing Social innovation center augmented with Hands on Experience laboratory. Establishment of diverse Industries on campus aiding Internships and Value added courses on campus along with production units and In-house Internship. Collating the value added courses to renowned certification programs accepted universally to augment students with additional certifications. Mandatory Industry visits with in each semester, Mandatory Participation in renowned Competitions to enhance personality development of an individual. As a societal awareness and make students participate in social activities as a part of curriculum to institutionalize humanitarian traits aiding to contribute to society. To nurture Entrepreneurial culture a provision for startups by students aided by handholding by the institution until startups stabilize, mature and be able to compete and sustain. To promulgate the information to all stakeholders on a daily basis, campus buzz provides it online at the end of the day.A long-term dream come true vision is to "No fees No salary", where entire revenue model will be through the industries established on campus with the support of teaching fraternity and students. They will be a part of these industries as stakeholders.
