摘要

The intent of this project to develop a knowledge based system (KBS) modules to improve the design process of Compliant Machine Parts in sheet metal deep drawing process. The proposed system consists of 15 modules covered Formability test, Die design, Die assembly, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) based process analysis, Production economy and Die manufacturing. This work could help to provide a framework to a skilled, experienced, complex and time-consuming based task like sheet metal deep drawing design process.
