The Evaluation of Impact Sharing Economy Critical Success Factor Implementation (case study: online hospitality)

摘要

This study aims to make an assessment or impact related to the implementation of the Critical Success Factor of Sharing Economy specifically for online hospitality adopted the concept of sharing economy. The research methodology used is quantitative method where data will be collected through a questionnaire that will be distributed to various layers of the DKI Jakarta community, especially West Jakarta, which will then be processed using Smart PLS statistics. The expected results of this study are that the sharing economy industry, especially in the field of hospitality services, will develop its business more optimally, after implementing the critical success factors that have been studied previously.
