摘要

In this paper, parallel multiphysics solver implemented on supercomputer is developed with an in-house massively parallel supporting scheme adopted. It integrates fullwave electromagnetic simulation of finite element method with transient thermal and thermal-induced stress simulations through an iterative scheme. Several RF components are simulated so as to capture both temperature and stress effects on their performance degradation, and in particular, the simulated results are validated in comparison with that of commercial software as well as measured ones.
