Scattering of electromagnetic waves by arbitrary objects in layered media has attracted great attention of researchers due to its wide applications, such as the geophysical exploration and printed microwave circuit analysis. Many realistic problems also involve anisotropy in layered media, e.g., in geophysical applications the underground structure is treated as uniaxial media. Therefore, the solution of electromagnetic scattering for 3D objects embedded in layered uniaxial media is of great importance.
