The deep-sea geological winch needs to change speed frequently to adapt to the change of cable tension in the process of recovering. The planetary gear mechanism has a compact structure and strong carrying capacity, so adding the planetary gear mechanism between the servo motor and the winch can effectively improve the carrying capacity of the winch. This paper design a planetary gear transmission system with flexible pins and carried out the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation by ANSYS and ADAMS on its load sharing characteristic. Verify the load sharing effect of flexible pin, and provide a reference for the application of planetary gear in deep-sea geological winch.
